Apparently no one in Birmingham's future will have to work during the week and will be able to attend lots of regional visioning meetings.

Tuesday, August 22 - Cookoff
The first annual Birmingham Gyro Cookoff takes place in the gyro district. Representatives from Al's, The Purple Onion, Moneer's, The Pita Stop and others set up shop near the Ronald McDonald house for a day of thin slicing and tzatziki soaking.
